2. 2We pull your county records before the visitYour county environmental health file tells us the permitted tank size, bedroom count, and layout if one survives. That saves time locating the system.
3. 3Inspection dayMost single-family systems take 60 to 90 minutes. Make sure we can get to the yard — gates unlocked, dogs inside, vehicles off the drainfield.
4. 4Findings on site, report in 24 hoursYou get the verbal summary before we leave, then the written photo-rich report within a day.
